Q.

My baby is 10 months old.She doesn’t have any teeth and not even showing any signs of teething. Is it a milestone delay? Should I consult a doctor?

A. teething pattern varies among babies it can be seem from 6 to 18month of age if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it . . . . . .

A. Hello ma’am No it is not a milestone delay some kids start to have their teeth after the age of one year or maybe 1 1/2 years but all these things are considered completely normal so as of now there is nothing to be worried about your child will get its teeth whenever the time is right you don’t
