Mam it is basically genetic issue but maybe the child has taken hair behind somebody maybe the dad or the mom was thin and small hair and short hair so right now I would just advise you to get shaved maybe that will lead to a better hair growth plus use a good oil like hibiscus oil by Babyhug if it helps otherwise a mix of work oil and castor oil is very good
