A. Constipation is a common problem seen in children and most important is diet modification so firstly it should be taken care of. give good fibre diet with plenty of liquids and avoid food which can aggravate constihrpation like Banana, excess of milk and maida containing food. medications like lactulose ,PEG or glycerine suppository should be second option Constipation becomes chronic problem seen in many cases where the most important causative factor is decrease intake of high fibre diet along with lesser fluid intake.

A. It. Seems like a chronic case of constipation start giving papaya in the morning to the child when the stomach is completely empty room juice also is helpful and you should give at least 2 to 3 L of water and fruits included with that so that your child has proper hydration in the body with it
