Q.

my daughter is 1 year old ...what can i feed just after woke up in yhe morning and before bedtime...she avoid milk ..please suggest easy digestible food to her

A. hi, milk is important in this age as its developing age milk helps in bone development too. you can add some supplements to the milk like dry fruits powder or chocolate in small quantity to enhance the taste as well as nutrition to the milk. also you can try milk shakes. curd, panner etc which has nutrition of milk too. you can give rice water, daal water, ragi porridge, sooji kheer, fruit juices, vegetables soup etc. ensure you include all seasonal fruits and vegetables. also try 3 days trial to see if the foods suits the baby and he doesn't have any allergies. thanks

A. In this case my advice is make a early wakeup and sleeping routine for baby so that after waking up there should be atleast one hour gap between her breakfast and do t hi e milk at night before sleep give it in evening and then you will see the difference.
