Is giving cow's milk before bedtime good for baby?

Anyways best to be given before the sleep time during the doctor say and even as per Ayurveda taking milk during the night time is the ideal time so if you wanna give milk to the child before you put your child to sleep then that’s an excellent excellent time to give it this very very healthy
