Is it fine to Give milk at night before bedtime for a 5 year old ?

Absolutely in fact it is said that if you give milk in the night it’s much better than giving milk in the morning that’s just the usual saying as per Ayurveda also so of course you can give it to the child but make sure to brush the teeth well before you put your child to bed
