A. dear parent, if your baby is having 4 to 5 meals in a day and up to one katori every time then do not worry. also if baby is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones, has tripled the birth weight by one year then baby is receiving adequate nutrition from food. give small frequent meals. include seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits important for appetite. curd helps. spices like jeera, Hing, mint powder aid digestion. do not bottle feed, it reduces appetite for top food.
