#asktheexpert Hello Doctor. My months old and recently started eating cerelac and solid foods. We are observing that he is not eating the solid foods prefers milk but overall his food intake has reduced. can we do to increase his food intake.

A. Add salt and necessary spices into the food that is what is going to be helpful for you because when you go ahead with giving different varieties of food to the child that is what helps you and also when you add spices it gives proper flavour to the food and that’s actually beneficial for developing a healthy interest in your child to eat what you are offering
