Q.

my daughter is 1 year 3 months 3 week old and she is only take 2to 5 steps forward and then she sits and not walking again? what should I do for her walking?

A. Give her calcium rich food like makhana(fried) ... also try including home made protein milk shake in her diet (recipe: milk(add a little water to the milk to make the milk shake thinner) , dates, fried chana, walnuts, pista, kaju, almond; grind the ingredients and make it into a thin milk shake. (caution: check allergy to any of the ingredients before you give the milk shake to her).

A. No need to worry at this age. Some kids will take time to walk. Encourage her by showing interesting objects to catch.
