my daughter is 1 month old. plz see the attached picture and tell me this is skin peeling?? is it normal

A. Not I told it seems like either your child is having some major allergy or infection which is why the skin is feeling you should immediately be getting a check with your paediatrician as of now to be on the safer side if you want you can apply coconut oil regularly but a proper check up would definitely be advisab
