Q.
my daughter is 1.6 yrs old. she eats very less and becos of this her stomach is alwsys upset and constipated.she eats 2 or 3 spoons and then again stops eating.

try to give small and frequent meal.
give easily digestible food items like khichdi,tomato soup , spinach soup , prune juice, juice of soaked Black raisins,mint curd , buttermilk etc
avoid giving bakery, Heavy food items
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner.
