My daughter is 1.6 year old. She is eating sand all the times from the wall. Somebody was suggested for iron injection. Would that be okay for my daughter?

A. hi, avoid self medication. It is mostly due to calcium or iron deficiency in babies, please do check with your paedritician and for evaluation n further management accordingly. tc.
