ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi babies feel itching in the gums during the teething phase caused by the erupting teeth. and to get relief from this itching they tend to grind their teeth. other reason can be due to worms in stomach. consult with your pediatrician.
