My daughter, her stomach is litte big big .she has no any problem, but I have doubt. her wight is 18.5kg . My question why her stomach is like big? (as like come out).

A. Your child is maintaining a weight gain for a five year plus child maybe that is why you are finding that the little tummy is out because your child is having weight on a little higher side that way you look at the tummy could be justified otherwise it may be due to bloating
