How about physical milestones standing, walking, gross motor, fine motor skills observing, responding skills, speech,eye contact...
If baby is active and achieving milestones,in ideal range of weight then don't worry.
If you observe delay in Milestones (red flags)not sitting ,standing, not walking with support according to age ,no eye contact ,not responding to commands, sounds then Consult developmental Paeditrician.
