my daughter having this type of dryness at eyes, knee,elbows... doctor saying it as sunburn .. applying prescribed cream but still remains the same...

A. No this is not a sunburn this is some kind of an allergy or infection that your child is having I don’t know what Dr have you visited dinner now you should definitely proceed with consulting us skin specialist once they will be able to help us right medication and treatment to follow
