my daughter having fever 99°f.and not taking feed right now...and feeling sleepy wat to do

You should give paracetamol every six hours to the child and give more of water to the child if the child is not taking feed apart from that you can also try giving some part of soup to the child so that your child is full with that and 99 is a very big fever the child shouldn’t be sleepy as you mention so check with your doctor once please
