my child is 18month old from night 2am he is vomiting and got 99 fever given ondem he is feeling like vomit wat. to do please suggest fast me in travelling

A. baby is having vomiting with fever also you should know that fever is 99 Fahrenheit or above you can give serum domstal to baby for immediate relief but pediatrician
