I think it could be due to deficiency of iron as well as omega-3 so you should definitely check with your doctor start with supplements for oil I would recommend you to make some almond oil plus castor oil apply that you can also go for using grand secret oil that is supposed to be good and I would recommend you to use Tikitoro
