Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. the most common cause would be due to nutritional deficiency there is a possibility that your child is having nutritional deficiency which is causing such changes in thed child so give plenty of water and seasonal fruits and vegetables and meet your doctor who will tell you whether any health supplements in thed form of iron calcium vitamin d or multi vitamin is required or not .
