Q.

my daughter have stomach pain sometimes she told me the pain was just few sec and go away can I give bandy syrup for deworming

A. for a child's abdominal pain, give 5 ml of syrup colicaid or cyclopam and consult a doctor for the cause. offer easily digestible foods like curd rice and fruits; avoid milk products and heavy foods. condtinue anti-colic medication, and the doctor may recommend antacids for gas.
