Q.

My daughter have problem in sleeping at night ,sometime she used to sleep at 2am and wake up in 12noon .please suggest me how to maintain her nap time .

A. Hello my dear parent! Let the child be physically active throughout the day. Gradually decrease the morning nap time. Dim the lights very early in the evening or late night, just to ensure or give you a child will feel that it is time to sleep well. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Good luck and take care.
