my daughter have four years and three months old she doesn't eat any vegetables and her motion was tightly

A. give variety of food. Diet containing of green leafy vegetable and fruits along with some protein source like egg or soya bean or paneer if the diet is vegetarian otherwise non vegetarian diet contents good protein other than that protein powder like pediasure can also be given if the baby age crosses 2 year

Hi mommy Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
