ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. The child could be experiencing contact dermatitis. Make sure that her underwear is not stained with urine because if that comes in constant touch with the vagina area, then it will cause a rash, and also use the gentle washes for the underwear.
