Q.
my daughter has the tendency to lick toys,etc even at the age of 7. have heard some deficiency may cause this. should I do any blood test?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. yes. CBC. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

Yes Sometimes it could be due to deficiency but mostly it is just a habit of the child that your child is behaving like this you have to keep telling your child no I need to make a child understand that what are the negative effects of licking the toys that you can suffer with an infection and all other things associated with it
