Q.

my daughter has sudden fever 100 from night no other symptoms given paracetamol but in morning again occurs what need to do

A. hi. give her paracetomol drops if tempratute is more then 100 F. and can repeat it after 6 hourly. give her lots of fluids and consukt your doctor if no improvement after 3 days
