my daughter has so many pimples on face and wo spread ho rahe hai what to do pls suggest

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. This is baby acne. Keep your baby's face clean. Wash your baby's face daily with warm water and mild baby soap. Dry your baby's face gently by simply patting your baby's skin dry. Do not pinch or scrub the acne. It can cause irritation or infection. Avoid using lotions or oils on your baby's face. Baby acne disappears on its own within few months. There is no medical treatment recommended. Dabbing the acne with breast milk can hasten the healing. Keep the baby's skin dry in summer and moist in winter.
