Q.
my daughter has skin allergies. We are unable to find out how she's getting rashes daily on her body. suddenly some red patches coming.

it happens because of many reasons like dry skin, allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics,heat or sweating or Infection.
so please keep your child well hydrated.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
but please don't overdress your child.
keep an eye on your child diet.
skip suspected cosmetics.
give bath twice in a day.
maintain good hygiene.
