My daughter has not been going potty on daily. She is going it in every 2 days due to which she finds difficult in doing potty. She pressure more while doing it. Please advise if it’s normal

A. give adequate drinking water. skip bakery foods. include fruits, veggies in the diet. papaya, apple, soaked black raisins especially help in constipation. still no improvement, consult paediatrician ... .. .
