Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 11 m old boy3 days agoA. Hello good evening !! Avoid chemical based shampoos,choose mild organic or herbal shampoos. Include healthy diet nuts,seeds,protein rich and iron rich foods. Use castor oil regularly this helps in controlling hairfall.
