My daughter has fever and she vomitted only water which is yellow colour is anything serious please advise

Could probably be due to fever and the medications that you are giving in sometimes due to indigestion like this could be completely normal because the child is only vomiting water that means a food or anything that you gave got digested it’s totally alright just to maintain hydration in the body give ors water regular
