My daughter has been prescribed spectacles ..what can i do to get these removed...she is 4 yr 5months old ...

A. hi you must limit your child screen time. offer healthy diet which includes green leafy vegetables, fruits , nuts more. you can give amala juice , carrots juice , pomegranate for this. encourage your child to walk on grass atleast 20 minutes a day with bare foot.
