A. she had been given antibiotics, inhaler, and also nebulizer. After discharge from the hospital, she is taking inhalers, and still, she again got cold and cough. She also had fever and vomiting before being admitted to the hospital. Now she does not have a fever, only cold and cough has come back.

A. it is in diagnosis of allergic cough cold . here the child will have regular cough and cold which is usually not associated with fever . it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely. dr will give anti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improving the next line of treatment will be inhaler therapy with mdid / nebulizer. allergy can be environmental (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweet foodd also. body cannot sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.
