A. Hello good morning !! Don't worry about looking lean,go for regular check up and track weight gain. If baby is increasing 400-700gm per month, active and achieving milestones then nothing to worry. Feed exclusive breast milk or formula milk until 5 completed months,start semi solids from 6 month onwards. Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac avoid sugar, salt, oil use only ghee, unsalted butter in baby foods.
