A. At 6 years and 8 months, it's fairly unusual for a child to still be using diapers, and this might suggest the need for a gentle approach to potty training. If she's not yet potty-trained, it might help to work with her on gradually reducing diaper use, focusing on regular bathroom visits, and positive reinforcement. If there are any concerns or developmental delays, consulting a pediatrician might provide more insight. As for rubbing her teeth while sleeping, this might be a sign of a condition called bruxism, which is the grinding or clenching of teeth, often during sleep. Bruxism can occur due to stress, misaligned teeth, or other factors. It's best to have a dentist examine her to ensure there are no issues with her teeth or jaw alignment, and they may recommend a mouthguard or other strategies if necessary. The white spots on her cheek could be related to a few different things, such as a fungal infection, mild skin irritation, or a condition like pityriasis alba (a common skin condition in children). It would be helpful to have a pediatrician or dermatologist take a look to confirm the cause and recommend appropriate treatment. In summary: Consider working on potty training with your child's comfort in mind. Visit a dentist to check for bruxism and discuss the teeth-rubbing behavior. Have the white spots on her cheek assessed by a pediatrician or dermatologist to rule out any skin conditions.
