Q.

my daughter has 5 years and 11 months but I didn't put vaccine from 9 th months itself because of my hubby said to don't put vaccine but now I need to put vaccine for her so what to do can I put vaccine now ?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 6 years old and she has missed her vaccinations at 9 months ie mmr vaccination and it’s very important vaccination and single dose vaccinations so give it right now

A. any Covid vaccination like covishield or covaxin can be given safely to breastfeeding mothers and pregnant women as per the latest recommendation which is approved by government of India.children are not included in this list.trials are still going on but proper confirmation regarding this is not yet done by the govt.it may take some more time.till then children need to be kept under full safety precautions and given a good balanced diet n supplements for immunity. Nursing mothers can feed their child as soon as required after tthe vaccination very safely.it has no adverse effects on the baby.in case of aony pain or fever after vaccination,tab dolo can be taken which is safest in this period.
