Q.

My daughter got her vaccination on 28th March .She had swelling on her left leg .Still there is swelling.Though I applied ice.What shall i do now because her another vaccine is due on 28th April

A. after painful vaccines like dpt which coomes with pentavalent vaccine can cause swelling in the limbs which can continue for more than n two months also. it does not require any treatment and should go away on its own. after vaccination immediately you should start applying ice as well as thrombophob gel to prevent such swellings from persisting
