My daughter gets small skin peel after bath, what is the reason. After an hour it disappear once applied lotion

A. Pruning is actually happening on the skin and it burst out and healed immediately when you put lotion or comforted it’s not healthy for the skin of the child I would recommend you to please crosscheck with your doctor to find a permanent solution to it
