A. Hello, your baby girl is 19 months old and she has received a vaccinations at 18 months so she has a fever then you should give her 3 ml paracetamol three times a day

A. Give Paracetamol to the child you can repeat the dosage after six hours and if there is a swelling and pain into the area where the vaccination has been given then you can rub ice cube on to that area regularly every 2 to 3 hours so that the swelling will settle down within sometime
