My daughter fell down today facing towards floor and got hurt over her upper lip means she got cut above her upper lip I just wanna ask it can be cured and healed fully applying bandage and antiseptic cream

Well That would completely depend on how deep the cut is without proper check up I cannot tell you whether it’s going to heal on its own with creams and all other things you should get a check with your paediatrician that will be much more sure and clear about it
