my daughter feels nosia everyday in morning & also vomits.doctor said all the reports r normal.what to do?

A. it is very important to see which type of diet the child is taking during the morning hours as well as during the night because that might be causing digestion problem and in the morning whether it is due to gastritis or some other problem has to be looked in and if the problem continues a medical examination by the doctor will be needed

A. Hello so on So once your child wakes up don’t feed your child immediately Wait for a minimum half an hour to 40 minutes in between waking up time in free time as that way the stomach of your child is going to settle down and whatever your child will have after that even Mail then the child will be able to digest it
