mam,first stop doing all these.
I mean ,stop buying chocolate and outside food.
and the most important thing ,stop allowing to show mobile or any other gadgets especially at meal time.
you can do this gradually.
I mean instead of offering chocolate ,you can offer healthy options like fruits, nuts etc
instead of giving mobile ,you can tell stories to your child.
give positive reward like sticker of star smiles etc whenever your child is taking healthy food and not using mobile during mealtime.
make food presentation attractive.
for example
offer fruits in different form like fruits smoothie, fruits popsicles etc.
it will help to encourage your child to take healthy food.
