my daughter doesn't want to eat which is why she is underweight. I always have to force her to eat. what should I include in her diet to i crease her appetite and weight.

A. Oregano, cinnamon, coriander, and fennel (leaves and seeds) are all spices and herbs that aid in building an appetite. Add a dash of these here and there in your child's food. However, ensure that these are not too visibly garnished on their plates.
