My daughter doesn't like to eat vegetables herself. When I feed her with my hand then she eat them. but she doesn't eat herself. What to do?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make him eat. Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc. change the appearance of regular veggies you serves..keep encouraging her to try by herself
