Hello mom as he is not eating well so could be possible to passing stools after the gap , so you make sure that he is involved in some form of physical activity as such and that helps in increasing one’s appetite also avoid unnecessary snacking in between meals if so , give him seasonal fruits and vegetables, warm water , coconut water etc
