my daughter do not eat anything her weight is only 10 kg at this time.

A. Deer parent, for healthy weight gain of your 2 years 8 months old baby girl, give 5 to 6 meals a day. Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. The meals should be wholesome. You should give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Give nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates. Milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food.
