it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen.
it also depends upon the diet the child is taking.
so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements.
the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount.
you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Your child is good should be basically somewhere around 10 kgs as of now I think you should increase the intake of protein along with the diet that you are following which is what is going to be beneficial for the child for total weight gain and growth
