Q.

my daughter chest size increased and tummy bhar aa rhi hai she is just 4 years and 9 month old. rest body is normal. suggest me what can i do.

A. your child is having more weight. usually it is genetic and is related to more food intake and decreased physical activity.x meet dr for growth and physical assessment. increase the physical activity of the child. do not give packet foods or any outside food containing preservativesx. meet diet expert / nutritionist for diet modification.

A. It’s too early for a child to increase onto the chest stomach could be more due to health or sometimes could be due to bloating so if you are seeing these things increasing as per the age which is not correct then you’ll have to have an assessment with your paediatrician on that
