I can understand your mental state while resuming your work again. for baby preferably give soft and chewable food also give different porridges like Ragi oats rice jwar Bajra. give her fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits you can give fresh homemade uses or fruit purees.. also you can boil vegetables and refrigerate for deep freeze in refrigerator so that you can use them immediately while making fruit vegetable puree same thing you can do homemade Cerelac aur even multigrain Chilla floor you can mix and refrigerated and give on demand of your baby
