A. hi weight is too low please visit your pediatrician. because such low weight gain can be result of indigestion, nutritional deficiencies, worm Infection , etc give Healthy things like lassi , milk shake ,milk with dry fruits powder , boiled chickpea , egg etc for Healthy weight gain.
